Theresa has over 20 years of experience conducting business and asset valuations, and she provides high-quality, well-supported valuation, consulting, and strategic services to businesses, banks, private equity firms, and attorneys and provides deep expertise on specific subject matter. She is a seasoned speaker on valuation, valuation-related topics, and business strategy.

Prior to joining KNAV, Theresa was a member of Gordon Brothers’ Global Valuations practice and was the president and founder of Zeidler Valuation & Consulting where she provided business valuations, advisory, and consulting services to legal and corporate clients.
